The terms below apply to all driving lessons and services from Rijschool John Delsing (KvK 86963600), trading as TOP RIDE for English-language lessons. By enrolling, you accept these terms.
A trial lesson of 1.5 hours costs €56. If you continue with lessons after the trial, this amount is credited back, making the trial effectively free.
You can cancel a scheduled lesson free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations are charged at the full lesson rate, except in cases of force majeure.
The fees for the interim test (TTT), the practical exam, the retake exam and the test-anxiety exam are all-in packages, combining exam preparation with us + exam time + the official CBR fee. Current amounts are on the pricing page.
The driving school carries third-party liability insurance. Damage caused by gross negligence on the part of the learner can be reclaimed.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are preferably resolved through dialogue; failing that, the competent court is in the Limburg district.
