You get a market-rate hourly rate. The exact rate depends on the car you teach in.
You drive your own car, with dual controls and a valid inspection.
You drive one of our cars: the MG full hybrid (automatic) or a Mercedes or Toyota (manual).
We agree rate, schedule and start date up front, in writing.

You hold a valid instructor pass: a WRM instructor certificate for category B. Without it we cannot put you on the road.
You pick up your learners at an agreed spot and drive to them, in Roermond and the surrounding area.
A large share of our learners are English-speaking, so you must be able to get by well in English.
You provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) that is no older than six months when you start.
You work on an invoice basis, so you need a KvK number and your own bookkeeping. We do not offer employment.
No weeks-long application procedure with four interview rounds. At a driving school this size you talk to the owner straight away.

We call you. If it clicks, we meet for a coffee. You tell us what you are looking for, we tell you honestly what the work involves.
We agree schedule, rate, own car or not, and start date together, in writing. You are not an employee; you are hired as a freelancer.
Your first learners are planned in and you get access to the app. If needed, John rides along the first time as support, so you get our way of working down.

Planning, lesson reports and your learners' progress all run through one app. No paper lesson books, no scattered chat messages.
A difficult learner or a quick question? One phone call and you have the owner on the line. You are never on your own.

Rijschool Delsing trains learners in Roermond and the surrounding area, in Dutch and, under the name TOP RIDE, in English. What makes us different: we do not sell packages. Learners pay per block of lessons at a fixed hourly rate and stop when they are ready.
I worked as an instructor for others myself and I know exactly where it goes wrong: too many learners per instructor, 50-minute lessons, and an owner who only calls when there is a complaint. I wanted that to be different. With me you get your own learners, enough time per lesson, and a boss who picks up when you call.
